It is not our policy to return the item(s) after a review has been completed. We keep products and books we review for the primary reason of being able to revisit our review in the future, or to answer user questions. However, it is not mandatory that we keep a book or certain products, and will be happy to return it to you after review. In the case that we must return a product or book, the company requesting the review must pay for all shipping costs.
What types of products does Menses Today review:
We review a large range of consumer product including disposable and cloth menstrual pads, cups, and sponges; we are unable review tampons. We also review menstrual care accessories including: wet/dry storage bags, wash cloths, squirt bottles, and washing bags. We also review books about feminine hygiene; health for girls, young women, and women; and books about feminine products or menstruation.
How long does a review typically take?
Reviews are generally ready and posted to the site within a month of receiving the product sample. We can usually get it done sooner and we will keep you updated via email of our progress.
Can I see the review before it is published?
Yes, but we will not change the review's content or editorial opinions. We will edit any factual errors or grammatical issues.
