Menses Today provides information about menarche (a young woman's first period) and information about personal hygiene care products. Our aim is to encourage healthy choices about personal care. Through Menses Today we hope to encourage girls and young women by providing a safe place for them to find answers to their questions about menarche and menstruation.
We do not sell products. We do provide a list of resources for informational purposes, including a directory of hygiene products, and a list of articles and books to help answer questions and encourage open communication between young women and the women in their lives.
